Elizabeth offers short term therapy to adults and students who wish to quickly alleviate their current emotional difficulties, or to learn basic skills to help cope with current life stressors. She also offers long term counselling to clients who wish to do more in-depth work on unresolved issues/conflicts originating in the past and which affect their functioning in relationships and/or at work.

Elizabeth has extensive training and experience in individual, couple, family therapies and personality assessments. She works with depressed and overstressed individuals and with women in mid-life / menopause. She is also experienced in working with couples who are in a crisis situation or going through divorce; with both heterosexual and gay / lesbian individuals and couples; and with various age groups. She also works with family lawyers providing psychological reports involving child custody and with immigration lawyers preparing psychological reports. She provides counselling to individuals and their families who are involved in a court action.
