Application and Policies

To apply for a listing with CounsellingVancouver.com please email us and we will send you a form to fill out which includes the basic information we need to proceed with creating your listing.  Every applicant must sign the declaration as to the status of their membership in their professional association(s) and sign the form in the several places indicated. Each other page must be initialed at the bottom.

The description of services section will also need to be emailed to Mariette West and it will also need to be scanned and emailed or posted as a legal signature is required.
