Yoga improves your digestion, and specific postures help to detoxify your internal organs by gently massaging them, improving your overall health and warding off disease.
You will naturally become more flexible and stronger, as yoga challenges every muscle in your body. You will have a wider range of motion in your joints, and will be able to move your body more freely and easily.
