Katherine uses a relaxed, empathic and effective approach to help clients overcome issues regarding relationships, family, career/work struggles, grief and loss, life transitions and much more. 

Helping clients to release negative mood states such as anxiety and depression, Katherine facilitates clients to realize their own goals for living more peaceful, happy and fulfilling lives. Overcoming past experiences, negative thought patterns, and self-defeating behaviours can free people to experience themselves how they would like to, where head and heart are integrated and inner conflicts are settled.

Katherine earned her Master's degree in counselling psychology at UBC. She has several years experience helping people in her private practice. Katherine also works part time at Vancouver Coastal Health as a counsellor for families and teens.
