With more than 20 years experience as a social worker and counsellor, Jennifer is skilled in helping people transform major life challenges into opportunities for change, growth, and connection.
Jennifer is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and Movement Therapy. Key areas of her counselling practice include stress, depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, abuse and trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, eldercare and women's issues.
With a mind-body approach to counselling, Jennifer offers individual and relationship counselling for adolescents and adults.
Drawing from her ongoing studies in Bodynamics, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Thought Field Therapy, Systems-Centered Therapy, and Dance/Movement Therapy, Jennifer adapts her approach to meet the needs of individual clients.
