As Lydia Rozental has been providing counselling services for the last 25 years.  She specializes in helping people get their life back from historical and recent trauma, in couple work and in providing clinical supervision to other counsellors in private practice and/or who work for agencies.  Lydia also teaches at the graduate level as well as presenting workshops for the general public. She has worked in three different cultures (Israel, South Africa and Canada) and in a wide variety of settings such as the private, non-profit sector (sexual abuse and trauma), general and psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, EAP (for the health and the film industry professions) and the army. Lydia keeps up-to-date in her counselling, supervision and teaching practices. She offers a great deal of life experience, sensitivity and knowledge of cultural, social , political, emotional, somatic and spiritual factors which she uses respectfully and collaboratively to enhance the lfie of her clients and students.

Lydia is affiliated with the Jewish faith and is fluent in Hebrew and in the Romanian language.
