Her theoretical framework is primarily psychodynamic, although she draws on techniques from other modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, Gestalt therapy, dream analysis, body/energy awareness, relaxation techniques, motivational therapy and twelve-step concepts for addictions & behavioral concerns. Dr. Chotem has been in private practice in North Vancouver since 1992. |
